How to Down a Brussel Sprout










I’ve never met a person who’s raved about Brussels sprouts.

But several weeks ago, friends of ours shared a secret to making them palatable and now my husband even eats them (on occasion).

  • Soak a dozen or so in cold water for 20 minutes
  • Cut Brussels in half
  • Place in glass baking dish
  • Lightly drizzle sliced Brussels with olive oil
  • Sprinkle sea salt and fresh ground pepper
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Makes a great crispy snack!
