I’ve never met a person who’s raved about Brussels sprouts.
But several weeks ago, friends of ours shared a secret to making them palatable and now my husband even eats them (on occasion).
- Cut Brussels in half
- Place in glass baking dish
- Lightly drizzle sliced Brussels with olive oil
- Sprinkle sea salt and fresh ground pepper
- Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
I love brussel sprouts. There nutty flavor is delicious.
